Sara landet in Dublin. Sie wartet und wartet, aber ihr Koffer kommt nicht.
At the desk she says: “Hello. My suitcase is not here.”
Am Schalter sagt sie: „Hallo. Mein Koffer ist nicht da.“
“Okay. What does it look like?”
„Okay. Wie sieht er aus?“
“It’s black and small. Can you help me?”
„Er ist schwarz und klein. Können Sie mir helfen?“
The man types and smiles.
Der Mann tippt und lächelt.
“Good news. It’s in Düsseldorf.”
„Gute Nachricht. Er ist in Düsseldorf.“
“In Düsseldorf? I live in Düsseldorf!”
„In Düsseldorf? Ich wohne in Düsseldorf!“
“Ha! Your suitcase likes it at home. It’s coming to your hotel tomorrow.”
„Ha! Ihr Koffer ist gern zu Hause. Er kommt morgen in Ihr Hotel.“
Mit can wird aus einem Befehl eine Bitte.
