At a restaurant

Sam bestellt die Suppe von der Karte vor dem Restaurant.

Sam orders the soup from the menu outside the restaurant.

"Die haben wir aktuell nicht", sagt der Kellner.

"We don't have that at the moment," says the waiter.

"Aber sie steht draußen auf der Karte."

"But it's on the menu outside."

Der Kellner geht nachsehen. Er nimmt das Schild herein und lacht.

The waiter goes to check. He brings the sign inside and laughs.

"Jetzt weiß ich, warum gestern alle Weihnachtsgans wollten. Es ist Juni."

"Now I know why everyone wanted Christmas goose yesterday. It's June."

Aktuell means current or at the moment, not actually.

Aktuell gibt es keine Suppe. Eigentlich wollte ich Suppe.

There is no soup at the moment. Actually, I wanted soup.

Good to know

Actually has several translations. Eigentlich fits the intention in this example.
